    Whereas donations to legacy schools such as Juilliard, Manhattan School of Music, and Mannes, end up covering a gargantuan, self-serving bureaucracy that has exploded by 80% over the last decades, NYVAA will be run in such a fiscally responsible way so that donations will directly impact our students, rather than lining up the pockets of administrators.

    • Our commitment to demanding and rewarding talent, hard work, discipline, and perseverance, rather than superficial, immutable traits that are, in and of themselves, no guarantee of quality.

  • Donations made by individuals and corporations in the USA are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Donations made by Mexican corporations to our public charity in the USA are also tax deductible for an amount equal to up to 7% of the corporation’s revenue thanks to a treaty between the USA and Mexico.

  • The number of singers who will receive scholarships is contingent on the funds available to that end. We aim, at first, to help at least four singers per year.
